Your IT department —
without the hire.
From the sole trader who needs a website and an email address that looks the part, to the company with servers, networks and requirements on it. The same person answers either way — and it starts with a conversation, not a price list.

Nobody is too small to get help
If you run your own thing, alone or with a couple of others, servers and firewalls are rarely the problem. The problem is that the website never happened, that email still goes to a free address, that Instagram has gone quiet, and that nobody knows where last year’s photos ended up. That costs you customers — quietly, every week.
We take those assignments just as gladly as the big ones. Sometimes the whole job is one evening: a website up, email on your own domain, and a backup that actually works.
A website that looks the part
A site that makes the customer dare to get in touch — fast, mobile-friendly and findable. Not a template that looks like everyone else’s.
Your own domain and email
hello@yourcompany.se instead of a free address. We buy the domain, set up the mail, and make sure it does not land in the spam folder.
Social media & Google
A Google business profile so you show up on the map, plus Facebook and Instagram sorted — set up once, then easy to run yourself.
Backup on what you cannot lose
Customer records, photos, invoice records and bookkeeping. An automatic copy that can actually be restored — not a USB stick in the glovebox.
Someone to call
The computer, the phone, the printer, a program that quit the day before a deadline. Help remotely straight away, on site when it is needed.
Tools that save you evenings
Bookings, quotes, invoice records and AI that takes the boring part. A small business owner’s time is the most expensive line in the whole operation.
When the company outgrows “the guy who’s good with computers”
There is a point in every growing company where IT stops being a side task. Backups are never verified, licences sit on someone’s personal email address, there is still a NAS in the basement, and every new hire means half a day of fiddling before the laptop works. Nobody is at fault — it simply is not anybody’s job.
That is where we come in. We take ownership of what has to work every day, and we run the projects that move you forward. You get a supplier who knows your environment, answers when things are on fire, and speaks up before something breaks — instead of five different phone numbers and a binder nobody can find.
Ongoing operations and support
A fixed monthly agreement that keeps computers, servers, backups and users running. Predictable cost for you, predictable quality for us — and an environment we know in detail the day something actually happens.
Security, cloud and infrastructure
A move to the cloud, a new firewall, a security effort that needs finishing, a NIS2 or GDPR review. Scoped assignments at a fixed price, usually with a clear deadline.
Development, integration and AI
This is where the real gain sits: manual workflows that disappear, systems that talk to each other, and AI that handles what steals your time. It is what we do best.
Ten things we do for you
You do not have to buy all of it. Most start with one thing that hurts and add on over time — it is the same supplier throughout, so nothing has to be relearned.
Support and operations
An ongoing agreement where we run computers, servers, backups, updates and user support. We monitor what needs monitoring and fix things before you notice — and when someone still gets stuck, there is a number to call.
Networks and infrastructure
Installation and configuration of firewalls, switches, WiFi, VPN and server solutions — both on-premise and in the cloud. Usually triggered by a move, a rebuild, or equipment that has simply aged out.
Cloud, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Email, shared file storage, licence management, MFA and permissions set up properly from the start. The classic case: the company has outgrown a NAS in the basement and needs to move on without losing a single document along the way.
IT security and continuity
Security reviews, phishing training, backup and recovery routines that are actually tested, policy work, and alignment with NIS2 and GDPR. This is our home turf — and the area where the difference shows most when something does go wrong.
More on cybersecurity →Development, integrations and automation
Custom web tools, connections between your ERP, webshop and accounting system, and automation of manual workflows. The AI work lives here too: chatbots, document handling and data analysis that does real work rather than impressing in a demo.
How we build →IT strategy and advisory (vCIO)
An advisory role for those too small for an in-house IT manager but too big to guess: budget, a lifecycle plan for equipment, vendor selection and procurement support. A fixed monthly fee, and someone to answer “should we be doing this?” before the money is spent.
Hardware and client rollout
Purchasing, configuration and rollout of computers, phones and peripherals — preferably through Intune and Autopilot, so the machine is ready the second the user starts it. No half day of installing per new hire.
Training and user support
In-house courses in Microsoft 365, security awareness, and new systems after a migration. A hands-on format where everyone does the steps on their own devices — staff leave measurably safer, not merely informed.
See the training →Web, e-commerce and digital presence
Websites, webshops, domain and email management, SEO fundamentals, plus ongoing updates and maintenance. Many smaller companies want a single supplier for both IT and web — and web is exactly where we started.
More on web design →Data and reporting
The numbers from your point of sale, ERP and accounting collected into a dashboard that actually gets opened at the Monday meeting. We also do the job nobody wants: cleaning and structuring the data so the figures can be trusted.
Three ways to work with us
We do not put a price tag on anything before we know what the job actually involves — that is how you end up with both surprises on the invoice and solutions that do not fit. Tell us what you need instead, and we will suggest one of these arrangements along with a price you get in writing before any work starts.
- Help when something goes wrong
- A single job, a question, one evening
- No agreement, no notice period
- The easiest way to start
- We keep watch over what has to work
- Updates, backup and monitoring
- An agreed response time when it burns
- User support for the whole team
- The same person, who already knows your setup
- Website, migration, network, development
- Scoped, with a clear deadline
- The price is set before we begin
- Can be combined with an ongoing agreement
Hardware and licences always go on your own invoice or are passed through at cost — we make our money on the work, not on your gear.
From first call to a working everyday
Assessment
A visit or meeting where we go through what you have, what hurts, and what you are actually paying for today. Free of charge.
Proposal and price
You get it in writing: what should be fixed now, what can wait, and what it costs. No surprises later.
Takeover
We document the environment, move accounts and licences to your own company, set up monitoring, and fix the worst issues right away.
Ongoing operations
After that it runs: support when you need it, and a regular review of what has happened and what is next.
From sole trader to large company
The difference is in the scope, not in how the assignment is treated. The carpenter with one van gets the same straight answers as the company with thirty employees.
Sole traders & freelancers
You are the business. You need a website, an email address that looks serious, and technology that does not eat your evenings.
Shops, salons & practices
Point of sale, bookings, guest WiFi and customer data that has to be handled properly. Often one visit, then peace and quiet.
Trades & service businesses
Quotes, photos from the job and invoice records on the phone — collected in one place instead of scattered across three apps.
Associations & non-profits
Boards that change every year, a member register and a treasury. It has to survive the chairperson stepping down.
5–50 staff, no IT department
Big enough that IT costs money when it fails, small enough that a full-time hire makes no sense.
Still running everything locally
A server or NAS in a cabinet, shared folders and no real backup. There is a way forward that does not hurt.
Businesses with requirements on them
Clients, insurers or NIS2 ask questions you need to answer with documentation in hand.
Drowning in manual work
The same figures typed into three systems every week. That can be automated away, usually faster than you would think.
Unhappy with the current supplier
Slow responses, unclear invoices and accounts registered to the wrong company. Switching is smoother than you fear.
Questions about the IT consultancy
There are only one or two of us. Are we too small to be a client?
No. A large share of the work is sole traders and small businesses who need a website, email on their own domain, their social media sorted, or simply someone to call when the computer plays up. There is no minimum size — get in touch and we will look at what you actually need.
Do we have to sign a contract to hire you?
No. We take individual assignments and scoped projects with no agreement at all. An ongoing agreement gives you a guaranteed response time and someone actively keeping watch — but that is your call, and starting without one works perfectly well.
We already have an IT supplier. Can you complement rather than replace them?
Yes. Many hire us purely for security, automation or development — areas where a generalist supplier often falls short. We are happy to work alongside your existing supplier and stay within what has been agreed.
How fast do we get help when something breaks?
With an ongoing agreement there is an agreed response time, and anything that stops the business entirely always goes to the front of the queue. Without an agreement we help as time allows — ask us and we will tell you straight how quickly we can be on it.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Most ongoing support and operations is handled remotely — it is fastest for everyone. Networking, hardware and rollouts require a visit, and then we come out. Travel outside the local area is agreed in advance.
What does it cost?
It depends entirely on the scope, which is why we do not post price tags in advance. We always start with a free assessment, and you get a written price before any work starts — a fixed price on scoped jobs, a monthly fee on ongoing agreements. No surprises on the invoice.
What happens to our data if we change supplier?
It is yours. All accounts, domains and licences are registered to your company, never to us, and the documentation is handed over on exit. No lock-in and no long notice period.
Start with a conversation — not a quote
You do not need to know what to order. Describe the situation in your own words — what hurts, what you have today, what you dream of never doing again — and we will tell you straight whether we are the right people for it and what the next step should be. Costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Write a few lines about your business and we will come back with concrete next steps.
If you prefer a form, it is on the contact page — along with chat via IRC and Discord.
Usually much faster on weekdays. If it is urgent, put “urgent” in the subject line.
